Shipping policy

Important Information

Shipping destinations: Worldwide

Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM (local warehouse time)

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated transit time: approximately 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

Total estimated delivery time: approximately 7–12 business days

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply for selected destinations or promotional campaigns.


Shipping Process

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Your order will then be processed, which usually takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information, where available.

Delivery time depends on the destination country and the local postal or courier service.


Possible Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Public holidays in the destination country
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

If the maximum estimated delivery time has been exceeded, please allow an additional 2 business days and check your tracking information.

If your package has still not arrived after this period, please contact us and include your order number.

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been dispatched, please follow the return procedure outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, sales tax, or handling fees may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Estelle & Ruby does not act as the importer of record outside the United States.

We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or refusals caused by customs authorities.

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.


Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, lost, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Clear photos (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your order number

After reviewing your case, we will, where appropriate:

  • Send a replacement item, or
  • Issue a full refund

If the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
